During these uncertain times we closely follow the latest guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities.
Delivery times are delayed by a maximum of 24 hours for those outside the 25km radius of personalised delivery.

We deliver within 25km's of Melbourne CBD for Free via our personalised delivery service.
Otherwise if you are outside of that we offer standard or express shipping via Australia Post which will be calculated at the checkout.

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio and we ship worldwide using DHL.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information with be sent to you in a separate e-mail when your order is being processed.
We dispatch all orders within 8-10 business days, due to printing and framing times as each print is individually framed and sent to the printers as each order is personal and unique to you!
Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. If your order is delayed email us to find out why that may be the case.
Framing Service
If you buy a print and matching frame we will frame the prints for you unless you have selected the Print Only version. If you have purchased them framed they will be delivered ready to hang on the wall when you receive them. Otherwise the prints will just be packed in a separate cardboard tube. All frames are shipped in a extra strong protective cardboard boxes suitable for international shipping. If you are receiving local delivery the framed print will be lightly wrapped in our beautiful packaging and hand delivered to your door.
Methods of Payment
We accept all forms of payment from Apple Pay to PayPal as well as American Express. It is also possible to make the payment via a bank transfer, please get in touch for further details via email and we can send you a personalised invoice.
Returns and exchanges
We are a small business and the prints you receive are on of a kind shot by us, framed by us, delivered by us. If there is damage to your print or there is something you are unhappy about them absolutely reach out to us via email and let us know how we can help! We do not however offer returns on change of mind.
